"Migrations" is a large bird installation, offering shade during the day and a spectacular LED experience at night. The bird as a space for contemplating the beauty and struggle of human and animal migration. “Migrations” premiered at the Burning Man event in 2023 and received the “Best in Show” award at the Reno Tahoe International Art Show.

For the Portland Winter Light Festival 2024, I worked with a mighty team of brilliant creatives and technologists in bringing the bird to Downtown Portland, offering an awe-inspiring interactive experience. Video coming soon!
